The focus of Harmonic Health NZ Ltd is to help people find their voices, and enhance their lives through, and because of, the process. This is applied:

• in individual and group singing lessons and workshops, face-to-face and via skype,
  
• in Glee Clubs in Retirement villages,
  
• in large businesses via in-house choir programmes to enhance motivation,
  
• in support and coaching for school choirs and their directors, face-to-face and via video conferencing,
• in speaking-voice coaching for professionals.
  

Benefits of all of these activities come directly and indirectly from singing, especially Glee Clubs, where a sense of camaraderie, improved breathing and brain function, identity in the village and status as performers all combine to lead to multiple, and exciting, results.
